3. Deposits and Payments

4. Cancellations, No-Shows, and Late Arrivals
Please review our cancellation policy at the time of booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee, forfeiture of deposit, or restrictions on future online booking. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service so the next customer is not affected.
5. Refunds
Services rendered are generally non-refundable. If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within 7 days and we will work with you in good faith to address the issue. Product refunds (where applicable) follow our in-salon return policy.

Prices, availability, policies, and other details confirmed by staff or displayed during checkout take precedence over anything the assistant may have said. 8. SMS Communications
If you opt in when booking, we may send you SMS appointment reminders, confirmations, and related transactional messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us directly.
